A note from the founder
Hi, I'm Adna.
I'm a wife, a long-time fitness enthusiast, and someone who has spent more than 15 years exploring movement, training, nutrition, and wellbeing. I love cooking, creating healthy recipes, and turning everyday routines into moments I genuinely enjoy.
For a long time, I did what many of us do: I looked for the perfect workout plan, the perfect nutrition advice, and the perfect routine. But the more information I consumed, the more I realised something was missing.
Most wellbeing advice treats us as if we are the same person every day.
We're not.
Some days we feel energised, motivated, and ready to challenge ourselves. Other days we feel tired, stressed, overwhelmed, or simply not at our best. Our energy changes. Our priorities change. Life changes.
Yet most fitness plans, recipes, and health recommendations don't take any of that into account. That frustration became the starting point for Envyu.
The name came from a simple idea: what if we stopped envying and comparing ourselves to others, and instead focused on becoming our own standard?
Instead of asking, "What is everyone else doing?" we could ask, "What do I need today?"
I created Envyu because I wanted a more personal approach to wellbeing. One that recognises that your body, your energy, your lifestyle, and your goals are unique to you.
I also wanted to create a space that normalises the reality that wellbeing isn't about being highly motivated every day. Low-energy days happen. Stressful weeks happen. Life happens.
Having less energy doesn't mean you're failing.
Sometimes the healthiest thing you can do is adjust, listen, recover, and keep moving forward in a way that works for you.
Through this site, I hope to share recipes, ideas, and practical wellbeing insights that help you better understand your own rhythms and what supports you best.
And through the Envyu app, my vision is even simpler:
Less noise. Less information overload. Less second-guessing.
Just one clear place that helps you decide what to eat, how to move, and how to support yourself based on your current state.
One day at a time.
One decision at a time.
One card that gives you exactly what you need for today.
Thank you for being here.
I hope Envyu helps you spend less time comparing and more time becoming your own standard.
