Terms

Envyu provides a mobile wellbeing app, editorial content and related website features. App features can include self-reported check-ins, plans, recipes, reflections, insights and AI-supported guidance. Features and availability may change while the product develops. You must provide accurate account information and keep your device and sign-in method secure.

Envyu is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country of residence, to create an account or purchase a subscription. If you are between 16 and 18, you may only use Envyu with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Envyu is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, contactsupport@envyu.app so we can remove it.

Envyu does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or emergency services. It does not measure a medical condition and does not currently read Apple Health or HealthKit data. Outputs are based on information you report and can be incomplete or wrong. Consult a qualified professional for health, medication, diet, injury or exercise decisions and use local emergency services for urgent situations.

Some requested features send relevant context through Envyu's server to an AI provider. AI output is a starting point for your review, not a professional instruction or guaranteed result. Do not submit content you are not authorized to share or information unnecessary for the feature. The Privacy Policyexplains this processing and your choices.

Premium subscription title, duration, localized price, trial availability and conversion terms are shown in Apple's purchase sheet and the in-app paywall before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled under Apple's rules. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. DeletingEnvyu does not itself cancel Apple billing. Apple controls billing and refund handling.

You can withdraw personalization consent or request account deletion in Settings. The deletion guide explains the process and limited fraud-prevention record. Withdrawing required personalization consent makes affected features unavailable until consent is provided again.

Do not attempt to bypass subscriptions, replay purchase credentials, access another person's account, disrupt the service, scrape protected interfaces, submit unlawful content or use Envyu for an unlawful or harmful purpose. We may restrict access needed to protect users, the service or legal rights, subject to mandatory consumer law.

Waitlist access and timing are not guaranteed. Website content and external links are provided for convenience; third parties control their own services. Some clearly identified product links may be affiliate links, which can earn Envyu a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not change the need to assess suitability yourself.

Envyu's name, design, software and editorial materials are protected by applicable rights. Do not copy or redistribute them without permission. We aim to operate the service reliably but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Mandatory statutory guarantees and consumer remedies remain unaffected.

Envyu is liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence, Envyu is liable only where a material contractual obligation (an obligation whose fulfilment makes proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on which you may reasonably rely) is breached, and then limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Any further liability is excluded. Mandatory statutory liability, including under product liability law, remains unaffected. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service or to legal requirements. If a change is material, we will give reasonable advance notice by a suitable means (for example an in-app notice or email) before it takes effect and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent. If you do not accept a material change, you may stop using the service and cancel any subscription under Apple's rules.

If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. The invalid provision is replaced by the applicable statutory rule.

German law applies to the extent permitted. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected. Contact support@envyu.app.
