Delete your Envyu account

1. Open Envyu and go to You / Settings.
2. Under Account, choose Delete Account.
3. Review the explanation and confirm.

The app clears that account's local Envyu data even if a cloud step needs follow-up. A partial cloud result is shown as partial and may include a deletion reference for support.

The workflow removes the Supabase Auth user, profile, check-ins, plans, rituals, reflections, messages, analytics, AI request logs, subscription snapshot, transaction events and configured user-owned Storage objects. Processor or backup copies can take a limited additional period to age out as described in the Privacy Policy.

Envyu can retain a minimal Apple receipt-ownership tombstone without your Envyu user ID. This prevents a deleted purchase receipt from being replayed into another account. It does not retain health, check-in, coaching or behavioural content. A deletion-saga audit record without email or app payloads expires after 90 days.

Deleting your Envyu account does not cancel billing through Apple. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Envyu and use Apple's cancellation control. Apple determines billing, renewal and refund handling.

Email support@envyu.app from the address connected to your account. Do not send passwords, Apple receipts or health details by email.
